Thank you for a great fence! I found John to be very professional and true to his word. After considering 4 other companies, finding a company that was honest seemed to be an impossible task. Most had light weight, cheap product…and way over sold it. The more their sales people talked, the more they were caught up in lies about the competition and their own product. I have personally started several companies from the ground up. As a business owner and sales trainer, I always emphasize the importance of closing the sale. What I found most surprising in my search for a fence was that all the other companies that came to provide me an estimate never seemed to care if I actually made the purchase. Their sales people would over present a mediocre product, give a firm price, and bash the other companies’ fence. Not one time did they ask for my business before they left my house, sometimes staying for up to two hours. Even worse, none of these companies ever called back to see if they could help with my decision, negotiate, or attempt to close the deal. I found myself often calling them, leaving messages, and sending emails in hopes of getting some type of feedback, with little to no response.
With Fears Fence Company, not only did I find a company that presented a quality product, for a fair price and INSTALLED IT CORRECTLY, but I actually felt like they were happy to have my business. They took into consideration my concerns, they responded promptly to my questions, they installed the fence when they said they would, and not one time did I catch them not telling the truth. Before dealing with Fears Fence Company, I was almost ready to give up on finding a company and simply install it myself. It was going that bad. Not only would I strongly recommend Fears Fence Company, but I would also strongly recommend not wasting any time chasing the other metro east companies.
